SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World using the United States Postal Service for North America and United Parcel Service for International shipments. When you place an order, it will be shipped no later than the next business day. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight, size, and destination using either the United States Postal Service Rate Schedule based on your Zip Code, or the United Parcel Service (UPS) Rate Schedule using the Country of destination.
A WORD ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are pleased to be of service to our customers in countries other than the United States. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for all our International shipments because it is the only way we can track the delivery once the package leaves the United States. If you have additional questions about International shipping, please e-mail us using the "Contact Us" page. Please also be aware that any designated "Free Shipping" will only apply to the continental United States.
RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned MUST be returned within thirty days of the purchase date for a full refund less any shipping charges. If your purchase is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please follow the warranty instructions for a replacement. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail all returns in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
