Jolly Roger Hot Air Balloon

A great addition to your pirate party decor would be our Jolly Roger Hot Air Balloon.  It looks like a real hot air balloon, simply hang outside and the wind will spin the balloon and the tail.  If your pirate party is inside, we have a balloon spinner available that takes a "D" size battery and will spin your balloon at 75 RPM.  The balloon is easy to assemble, simply unpack it, untie the black cord, then attach the top fin prongs into the holes in the black wheel, hang, and your done!
