SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World using the United States Postal Service for North America and United Parcel Service for International shipments. When you place an order, it will be shipped no later than the next business day. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight, size, and destination using either the United States Postal Service Rate Schedule based on your Zip Code, or the United Parcel Service (UPS) Rate Schedule using the Country of destination.
Shipments involving knives, swords, and replica flintlock pistols:
You must be 18 years of age or older to order any knife, letter opener, sword, or replica flintlock pistol. When you agree to the "terms and conditions" on check out, you are attesting to the fact that you are 18 years of age or over.
International shipments of knives, swords and replica flintlock pistols:
Many countries have strict rules and regulations regarding the import of knives, swords, and replica firearms. It is your responsibility to check with your authorities before you order any of these items. When you agree to the "terms and conditions" on check out, you are attesting to the fact that you are allowed to import such items, and if your customs authorities or postal authorities confiscate or impound you purchase, we at Jon's Kool Stuff.com, Inc. are not responsible for your loss.
MORE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are pleased to be of service to our customers in countries other than the United States. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for all our International shipments because it is the only way we can track the delivery once the package leaves the United States. RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned MUST be returned within thirty days of the purchase date for a full refund less any shipping charges. If your purchase is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please follow the warranty instructions for a replacement. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail all returns in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
